Monthly Wrap-Up // January

Hello! I hope you are well! I had an amazing reading month, and I hope you did, too. My reading count may change though with school starting up again but one can only hope. I’ve decided to stop doing monthly TBR’s as I never really stick it anyway and I’m such a big mood reader.

King’s Cage by Victoria Aveyard – 3.5/5 – I have really mixed feelings about this one. You can read my full thoughts here if you want!

Cruel Crown by Victoria Aveyard – 3/5 – I really liked Farley’s short story, Coriane’s not so much.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Illustrated Edition) by J.K. Rowling, illustrated by Jim Kay – 5/5 – I love this book! One of my favourites in the Harry Potter series and the illustrations are just beautiful.

Library of Souls by Ransom Riggs – 5/5 – A great conclusion to a great series, I’m so sad it’s over! Full review here.

Gemina by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff – 5/5 – I LOVED this one! I haven’t quite got my thoughts in order but all I can say is Kaufman and Kristoff have done it again and I just loved it. Full review to come.

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo – 5/5 – I loved this one too! I fell in love with the characters and the world so quickly and so much! Full review to come.

Thanks so much for reading! I would love to know what books you loved/read in January or whether you plan to read any of these ones!end card.jpeg

  1. I also read The Illustrated Prisoner of Azkaban this month and I loved it! I loved the illustrations and my favourites were probably the patronus one as well as the one where he blows up Aunt Marge 🌸
